Items are shipped within the United States only. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the flat rate of $5, regardless of the amount of merchandise, as long as it fits into the box. Items will be shipped out every Saturday, and will take 2-3 days for delivery.

All items will be insured for their value at the United States Postal Service before shipping. If your items arrives damaged, please return the items to your nearest Post Office, along with the included Insurance Mailing receipt and file a claim to receive compensation. Items that arrived damaged are not the responsibility of Mae's Yvette Custom Accessories.

Store your jewelry lying flat or hanging to prevent tangles. It is best to store jewelry with gold or silver findings in a cool, airtight jewelry box or container to prevent tarnishing. Keep jewelry out of direct sunlight. If soiled, wipe carefully with a damp cloth, and for hard to reach places, gently clean using a soft bristled toothbrush. Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners, as this will damage the precious stones.
